Rydezilla has a variety of services evolving around all types of vehicles referred to as “Rydez”. Rydezilla offers added value services to increase businesses reach and provides a variety of options & offers that meet the different needs of Rydezilla platform subscribers.
We offer a range of extras related to online Ryde’s rental, such as chauffeur, child seats and others through Rydezilla websites, apps, emails, and text messages (‘platform’). We also do this through our business partners’ websites, social media, and other platforms. This Notice applies to all the personal data we collect in our operations, or when you contact us by email, live chat, phone, or post.
In accordance with United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) data protection laws, Rydezilla respects and valuates its registered users’ privacy and is obligated to protect and un-disclose any personal and sensitive data, unless it is required by law or otherwise needed to offer Rydezilla services as described in this “Privacy Policy” and in Rydezilla “Terms and Conditions”. Rydezilla reserves the right to update the privacy policy whenever and however needed, and hence it is advisable to visit this page on regular basis.

Collection of Information
Registration
Registration is required for both individuals and companies’ users to be able to use Rydezilla services. Registration fields includes name, password, contact information such as email, phone, and address. Registration is also required for rental companies. Registration helps users to simplify Ryde search, rental services, find offers, and manage user preferences. Users can save their personal settings, such as saving up to several “advanced search” preferences with different settings instead of selecting all search parameters every time they use Rydezilla platform. Registration also facilitates renting and can be used for loyalty points collection. Rydezilla provides you the ability to access your profile and update your personal information. In addition, registration lets you review and manage your bookings, as well as saving your passport and driving license details. It also makes it easier to make future bookings.
Booking Information
We, at RydeZilla, always strive to present you with the best end-to-end user experience, and for that we ask you for related information such as date and time-of-day when you would like to pick and return the ryde, flight numbers, age, date of birth, passport, identity card and driving license, names of any additional drivers and payment information.
If you are accessing Rydezilla services using Android or iOS app you can share your current location to locate nearby business partners and service providers. You can also still full access to our services without sharing your current location. Moreover, we can send ‘push’ notifications regarding booking information through Rydezilla Android or iOS app if you agree.
You might make a booking on behalf of someone else. If you do, please make sure that that person knows you are giving us their details and has accepted this privacy policy.
Contact Forms and Comments
Rydezilla collects information in the feedback forms and when you leave a comment on our website, mobile applications, or social media accounts. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically and to facilitate any present or future support you may need. Moreover, after your booking, we may ask you to provide a review and rate both us and our suppliers to help us improve our services.
Non-personal Information and Cookies
In addition, we collect information from your device when you use one of Rydezilla platforms. This may include the pages you visited, your IP address, used browser, operating system, language settings, other information about your device or automatically collect other information.
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name and email address in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

For example, Rydezilla platform may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.) or integrated services from business partners’ platforms or websites. This embedded content behaves in the exact same way as if you have visited the other websites. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content. Contact:
Rydezilla may contact you through Rydezilla app, by phone, email, chat, or others means of communications for different purposes, including but not limited to:
o Booking notifications, reminders, confirmations, invoices, and unfinished bookings
o Customer service and support tickets and requests communications.
o Contact you about your posted classifieds.
o Phone calls and chat messages might be recorded for training and service improvement purposes. We automatically delete recordings on a periodic basis.
Booking related information:
Upon using Rydezilla rental services, certain information will be shared with trusted third parties:
o All booking related information including contacts, duration, charges, passport information, driving license, and other necessary booking details will be shared with the rental providing company. The rental company might find it necessary to contact you to confirm or request amendment of some details related to your bookings.
o Sharing with you booking related materials, such as driving license requirements, contact information and others.
o We will share your data with Payment Gateways such as PayTabs and PayPal to access your credit/debit cards details and process your payments.
o We may need to use your information to verify your booking or else we might put it on hold until further confirmation from your side.
Rating and feedback:
o You will receive app notification, email or even a call from Rydezilla agents to rate your rent experience and to receive your valuable feedback. Your feedback will be reviewed and considered by other renters in their decision making. We might even contact you to enquire about your satisfaction levels, suggestions for improvement and so forth.
o By submitting your rating and comments, you are agreeing that it can be published by Rydezilla.
Marketing:
o Rydezilla may use your contact information to share information about new offers, services, news, and others that maybe of interest to you.
o You can unsubscribe from marketing related communications.
o Rydezilla will also be showing you relevant offers in Rydezilla apps or on third-party platforms such as social media.
o Inviting you to participate in promotional activities (such as referral programs or competitions).
o Share your classifieds on our social media accounts
Market research:
o Provide anonymous, general, and strictly non-personal statistic information to market research third party companies.
